1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the RxLoop website or app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use RxLoop.
2. What RxLoop Is
RxLoop is a free tool providing general medication information, local-language guidance, offline access, adherence reminders, and community counterfeit reporting. See our Product page for a current, accurate description of what's available today versus what's planned. RxLoop is not a pharmacy, is not a licensed healthcare provider, and does not dispense medication.
3. No Medical Advice
Content in RxLoop is general information, not personalized medical advice. It does not account for your specific health condition, allergies, other medications, age, or weight. Do not use RxLoop as your sole source of guidance for taking, combining, or stopping any medication. In a medical emergency, contact a healthcare provider or emergency services immediately — do not rely on this app.
4. Counterfeit Reports
If you submit a counterfeit report, you agree to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge. Reports are currently stored on your own device only, and RxLoop does not currently operate a live, synced verification system based on user reports — see our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is (and isn't) handled today.
5. Acceptable Use
Don't use RxLoop to submit false reports, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it in any way that could cause harm to others.
6. Intellectual Property
The RxLoop name, logo, and original content are owned by RxLoop. You're welcome to use the app for its intended personal purpose; please don't copy or redistribute the underlying content or code without permission.
7. No Warranty
RxLoop is provided "as is," in active early-stage development, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep information accurate, but we can't guarantee it's complete, current, or error-free for your specific situation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RxLoop and its founder are not liable for any harm arising from use of, or reliance on, information provided through the app. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as RxLoop develops. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
10. Governing Law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Nigeria, where RxLoop is based, pending formal company incorporation and legal confirmation.
